What is an active student?
A student on the roster of at least one session in the month, even if they missed it. A student who is enrolled with no session that month, or only cancelled sessions, is not billed. Each student counts once, however many classes or sessions they attend.
When are you billed?
On the 1st of each month, StuMana counts the previous month's active students and issues one invoice with the base fee and the per student charge. On annual billing the base fee is paid once for the year, and the per student charge is still billed monthly.

No setup fees, no commitments. Mana credits price each action by what it costs: 10 for a Zalo message through the platform, 2 for a quick AI task, 40 for reading a whole curriculum. Top up when you run out, and change plans anytime.

Frequently asked questions

The questions small centers ask most.

Does Mana replace staff?

No. Mana is a teammate, not a replacement. Mana handles the back office (tuition, reports, attendance) so you and your staff can focus on teaching.

How long does it take to get started?

5 to 10 minutes. Bring your student list in from Excel and Mana starts working.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Data is SSL encrypted and stored in Vietnam, and only you can read it. StuMana does not sell or share your data.

Is AI required?

No. Mana's AI is an assistant and you can turn it off. Anything Mana drafts passes through you before it reaches a parent.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. Flex has no base fee and your first 10 active students each month are free, with no credit card. From the 11th student on you pay per active student.

How is an active student counted?
