No setup fees, no commitments. An active student is one who attended at least one session that ran that month. Mana credits price each action by what it costs: 10 for a Zalo message through the platform, 2 for a quick AI task, 40 for reading a whole curriculum. Top up when you run out, and change plans anytime.

Frequently asked questions

The questions small centers ask most.

Does Mana replace staff?

No. Mana is a teammate, not a replacement. Mana handles the back office (tuition, reports, attendance) so you and your staff can focus on teaching.

How long does it take to get started?

5 to 10 minutes. Bring your student list in from Excel and Mana starts working.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Data is SSL encrypted and stored in Vietnam, and only you can read it. StuMana does not sell or share your data.

Is AI required?

No. Mana's AI is an assistant and you can turn it off. Anything Mana drafts passes through you before it reaches a parent.

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan covers up to 20 students with no credit card. Paid plans charge a flat base each month plus a rate for the students active that month.

How is an active student counted?

A student who attended at least one session that ran that month. A student who is enrolled but has not sat a session yet is not billed, and cancelled sessions never count.

Does it suit a very small center (5 to 10 students)?

Very much so. Mana was built for small centers. Whether you have 5 students or 50, Mana takes work off your hands.
